Co-founded by Karolina Attspodina and Qian Qin, WeDoSolar has undergone key leadership shifts amid its restructuring. Attspodina, the company’s former CEO, is stepping down but will maintain her influence as a shareholder and board member. Qin, an experienced entrepreneur and former managing director at BSH Digital Ventures GmbH, will step into the CEO role.
